As a community service and to make good use of our available resources we also initiate placement service to People With Disabilities (PWD). We come across few people who have some kind of physical disability may be by birth or through some unfortunate incidence in their life but still they are mentally as fit as others are. Because of this many people who have good talent and skills are being unnoticed.

With the motive of identifying people who are willing to work despite their condition, as for them job is not just a 9-6 affair, but it’s what gives a new meaning to their lives. What they really need is little support and opportunity. So our intention is to support PWD who are fit enough to any suitable job and help to get them placed in few of the companies who come forward to offer jobs. Our intention is also to give them the support which they are looking for and encourage them to explore their talent so that is need not go unnoticed.

We have started with some of registered candidates and a handful of companies who are open to recruiting them. PWD usually rely on word of mouth to reach out to opportunities and we have been following the same route. This is an initiative to bridge the gap between PWD and the corporate world.

This is made possible with the support of other NGO’s and Non-profit organizations and the companies offering support in recruiting them in various industries.

We are keen to associate with NGO’s and other Non-Profit organizations that are available in our network and support them in placements and by providing others aids and support required by them.
